The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is presiding over and coordinating with the Ministry of Construction and related agencies on developing a scheme to submit to the Prime Minister on the establishment of a land use rights exchange floor, in order to avoid instances of fraud and the provision of false information. It is necessary to establish a model for a real estate trading floor, including land use rights transactions, to ensure that the market operates openly, transparently, and sustainably, acting as a basis for determining land prices according to the market and building a land price database.
