Sustainable development and green construction have received a great deal of attention in Vietnam’s real estate development. Compared to other countries, though, its number of green buildings remains quite limited. Real estate investors are yet to change their approach and take the market towards sustainable development. Green building elements are, however, gradually becoming key factors in project planning and development.
