Green transformation message passed on at Vietnam Connect Forum 2024
Vietnam chooses a green, sustainable economy to create the necessary changes with the companionship of the business community. The government, ministries branches, and localities will always listen to businesses and, make appropriate policy adjustments and provide the support needed during the transition to a green economic model. This important message was sent by leaders of the government, ministries, and branches to the Vietnam Connect Forum 2024, held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Hai Phong City People’s Committee on April 10 in the northern port city. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha greatly appreciated the Forum’s theme of “Vietnam’s pathways to a green and sustainable economy - from Government’s policies to localities’and businesses’ solutions initiatives”, which demonstrated the link between Vietnam and the world, between the government and localities, and especially between businesses and people in green and sustainable economic development. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Hang also emphasized that green and sustainable economic development is an inexorable trend, and one of three major trends that have multidimensional impacts on all countries.
