While consumer loans have decreased, bad debts continue to increase, especially at many consumer finance companies. To remove bottlenecks in debt handling and collection, many proposals have been made related to opening a legal corridor to allow debt collection services, creating more favorable conditions when buying and selling debt or establishing a citizen credit scoring system. In particular, building a code of conduct in debt collection is necessary to create a detailed legal framework and clearer mechanism for such activities, and ensuring that all transactions with customers are carried out in compliance with legal regulations and social standards of conduct, creating an effective, fair, sustainable, and safe business environment.
