At a government conference with State-owned enterprises (SOEs) nationwide on solutions to boost production, business, and investment, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized six operating guidelines to continue to improve operational efficiency and innovation at SOEs. He asked ministries, departments, and branches to coordinate and create favorable conditions for businesses. The Prime Minister also suggested that credit institutions work together to remove difficulties and bottlenecks in credit and capital sources.
