Faced with the serious effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, unpredictable fluctuations in the world economy, and rising risks within the domestic economy, the number of businesses temporarily suspending operations and withdrawing from the market has increased rapidly. This shows that the resilience of Vietnamese businesses still has many limitations, with the ability to manage risk factors and build plans to overcome challenges and develop sustainably in the future not creating competitiveness for businesses. Therefore, improving management capacity for businesses in the face of “headwinds” is especially important.
