According to figures from the Ministry of Finance (MoF), as of the end of September, the disbursement of public investment capital reached 47.75 per cent of the target. With a disbursement target of 95 per cent this year, nearly 50 per cent of capital must be disbursed over the remaining three months of the year. This is an extremely difficult task for all levels and sectors. The MoF has proposed three solutions to speed up disbursement.
