COVER STORY
Vietnam has it worse than most countries in terms of the
threat climate change poses. As it deals with that reality, it
has also shown itself to be at the forefront of global efforts
to address the danger. Recognizing that cutting emissions
can set it on a path to sustainable development, the country
has pursued a strategy to turn its net-zero commitment at
COP26 into concrete action, introducing measures to
ensure its economy undergoes a green transition. In
support of this, VET is set to co-hold the Vietnam Connect
Forum 2024 on April 10 to bring a range of stakeholders
together to identify appropriate and workable solutions to
make an impact in the years ahead and set an example for
the world to follow.
