September 2 will see celebrations of Vietnam’s 78th National Day. The country has the strength to post breakthroughs and become stronger during ever-deepening international economic integration, with its position as an important link in global value chains and becoming a destination chosen by more and more foreign investors. In the context of the global economy continuing to face difficulties and challenges, however, Vietnam seems unlikely to reach its growth target for 2023, but the problems are only in the short term. It will have many opportunities to achieve its goals in the upcoming 2025, 2030, and 2045 milestone years.
