To meet the urgent need for the devel-
opment of RTS, the Ministry of Industry
and Trade has completed a draft decree
on mechanisms and policies to encourage
the development of self-generated and self-
consumed rooftop solar power. The decree
is considered a breakthrough in efforts to
remove legal obstacles in the development
of solar power, as previous regulations
have failed to meet actual demand.
The draft decree has attracted public
opinion.
